Thank you these good fats. All people love itMy choice of fats are goose fat, olive oil, butter, full fat dairy products, and the naturally occurring fats on meat and poultry. These are the ones which work for me personally. Other fats like sunflower, groundnut and sesame seed oil make me nauseous, so i dont have them.
Others may have different choices.
PS I dont do the high fat bit, I only add enough fat to cover the lack of carbs.Hi everyone here
