What is 'normal' for you, but shouldn't be?

Well actually - I now feel like I did when I was a fit 21 year old. However, I did have pains in my feet/toes always needed the loo. Just thought it was old age but none of it now. Also had dry itchy eyes but that has gone too.... The only thing I have got now is cramps every now and then on days when I don't carb up or after about 5 hours since I last fed. Wondering if I am often on the edge of carb/fat burning as I vary my carb levels between days, although I always have a minimum of 150g I always burn that amount off in exercise daily

How are your temperature sensitive tootsies nowadays? That sounded miserable when you wrote about it?

Well I am sat at my desk at work still and they are freezing cold and burning so I know im at about 4.6 at the moment and will have a huge liver dump up to about 5.5 any time from now until I get home in 2 hours and eat. Still get it. Have tried more fat and more carb in diet but doesn't seem to help - as soon as it is below 5.6mmol/l it comes on. May be another year and my body will be used to these levels; I can but cross my fingers

I'm ok with anything under 10, happy with anything under 9.0 and delighted with readings less than 7.0
