what is the best food to eat for type 2 low carbs diets

lol I don't understand what I have to look for on the lables for nutrition

It is law that the nutrition must be on the package. It gives each nutrition element per 100g of the food, and in many cases, the amount per portion. Look for Total carbohydrate. (Ignore the "of which sugar") If it says 5g per 100g this is 5%. If it says 28g per 100g this is 28%, so in that case whatever the portion size, 28% of it is carbohydrate.

oh gosh I thought I was doing good , for my dinner I eat a whole can of cold bake beans , I thought they were high in protein just looked and the carbs aer 28 in an aldis tin of beans
Next time maybe look at the label before eating?.. just a thought... Or maybe even look at the label before buying..
try to keep the carb content below 10g per 100g it will be there on the label.

Well, I couldn't find Aldi's beans listed, but apparently they are even higher in sugar and salt that Heinz baked beans.
- and Heinz beans have
12.9 g of carbs (of which 5g is sugar) per 100g.
And a tin weighs 415 g

So by eating a whole tin you would be eating approx 50g of carbs of which 20 g would be sugar.

Plus the other things you ate today, like porridge and crackers.
