What is the best Smartphone blood monitors?

Hi, I love my tech and wondered if there were any suggestions for a blood glucose monitor that would link to my iPhone etc so I can record and share my readings more easily.
 
Contour Next One - The iPhone app linking is simple and graphs are easy to understand. I have been using it for a while now and love it. Check out the Contour app on the app store.
