Again, Thank you for your insight. A uncertain association to add: I note that some people who suffer with coeliac disease develop migraines if they inadvertently take gluten.

This is interesting, does it happen to non coeliacs? I get migraines but mine are probably caused by very high aldosterone but I have been making low carb bread with wheat gluten protein flour as one ingredient.

As you are quite aware Derek until you actually test and experience what happens, how do you know! But in my experience a little change in what Ingredients are in anything could improve your migraine or not. I do believe that wheat especially the newer version of it, is causing so many problems. Don't mention spuds tho mate!
