What is your favorite food in breakfast ?


Hi, can you explain or reference the pre/post reading difference of 2 mmol/L. I haven't come across this figure anywhere before ... thanks

Isn't anchor butter, or I actually use a low fat olive oil based spread, aren't they bad for you in their ways though?? - Just had my cholesterol reading done it was 7.3 GP hit the panic button and started writing a script out for STATINS. I refused them as they have quite horrible side effects so I'm on the search for another way to get cholesterol down. Any tips?

I thought anything fried was off the menu for diabetics? Is that just a myth?

Half an apple with peanut butter / almond butteror a low carb whey protein shake with added berries blended in to it
