What is??

Hobnob is a biscuit an oaty one and can have chocolate on, oap is an old age pensioner, hope that helps

Tell me about it!!!{Sigh} I avoid them now as if I just had one-I'd end up having the whole pack!! aaaaarrrrggghhh!!
And don't get me started on Topic bars and Picnic bars!!! :lol:

We found Hob Nobs made for the French market the other day complete with picture of a guardsman and union flag on the packet The explanation on the packet made me laugh
L'authentique recette anglais aux flocons d'avoine dores au four (c'est le 'Hob')
croustillants et genereux (c'est le 'Nobs')

They seemed much smaller in diameter than those I remember but they were actually 2 mini hob nobs sandwiched together with chocolate cream (8g carb). OH says they are very nice. Probably much too slow for a hypo.

A hobnob is a biscuit. An OAP is......is.......I used to be able to remember that one........ :problem:

Do you remember that they used to be a plain biscuit?

Then came this;
"Good news. Chocolate now has Hob Nobs underneath"

wiflib

I wonder if they still make those snack hobnob bars with a cream filling and smothered in chocolate? They were a whole pack thing to me.
