What music are you listening to?

Lots of you will have heard of this guy before but not know his first love is music and performing with his band ..... lots of stuff available on the tube.

No, it's not the diabetics' version of "Jumpin' Jack Flash;" it's how Whoopi Goldberg's character first heard the first line when she was trying to find the key to sing with Jack in the movie:

 
I remember the first time I heard this song, it's still as powerful now as it was then in the 1970's.

I cleaned all of the dust off of our dvd's the other day, uncovered Whoopie in JJF gotta watch that again

Not my choice but this morning it's

I have no choice over what the radio station plays, so might stick a cd on. I listen to this radio station as it plays some of the stuff my dad used to listen to. Gives me memories that I probably wouldnt have had if the music didnt trigger them
 
Everything about this woman is a one off ... she is truly in every way unique.
Her music is hers and hers only.
On her last album was her mother on vocal backings aged 85 or thereabouts.
Grace must be knocking on now but still creating.
Unique talent.
