What music are you listening to?

First time have heard this version of Give Peace a Chance.

From the Hot Chocolate Album: A's, B's & Rarities

I'm going to buy the new Def Leppard album

Was supposed to see a gig on Saturday night but got cancelled due to inllness and as they had to cancl previously due to covid a couple of times they now cannot get all the crew or dates together to reschedule

Was also supposed to see Billy Idol in July but he cancelled as he developed some superbug after sinusitus

So might just go to a local tribute band in July instead, with hubby

Stereophonics - Maybe Tomorrow - it just transports to another place :)

Listening a lot to the king's and queens of the underground album by Billy Idol.

Also meteora by linkin park, needed the lyrics to get my head sorted

the War of Kings album by Europe

Been listening to a lot of WASP recently in the car and hubby had me listening to Quo and AC/DC whilst decorating the kitchen
I saw Blackie Lawless (from WASP.) at a festival a few years back in Sweden. He was still in fine voice.

Talking of Sweden.. I’m kinda getting into this macabre tongue in cheek outfit..

Oddly, the band I mentioned earlier…? I can’t help feeling I’ve hear the Doors, Traffic? or the Move too.?

You lost me!
Am I missing something obvious here?

Some of the tracks you have recently posted, I’m familiar with.. let’s say tracks of my youth.

Oddly, I can hear influences in the band (Ghost) I highlighted?

This was released the year of my birth.?

I still can’t help smiling & bobbing my head along with it..

This week. New Orielles has got some sparkly indie pop tracks. New Bill Callahan is a future classic. Jury is out on Eno's foreverandevernomore LP. Apart from that, today I'm working to the first 5 smashing pumpkins LP's on a loop.
