What raised my BG

With me it would have been the corn flour (it's no longer a food item in my kitchen :meh:I only use it as dry shampoo nowadays) and the yoghurt. But really it comes down to portion size.

But we are all different. Some of these have already been mentioned, but they all influence me:
Hot weather
Stress
Tiredness
Sleep deprivation
Bigger than normal BG fluctuations over the prev couple of days
Exercise (or lack of!)
 
What do you use to thicken sauces ??

I hand blend veg into a sludge ;)
Boil sauces to reduce the liquid
Use cream
Accept that some things are doomed to be runny :(
My cheese sauce is cream, milk and grated cheese, blended til smooth and warmed but not boiled...
