Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.
I have low appetite today but I don't want to skip meals because that can cause other problems. Despite taking my usual meds to prevent reflux, I'm having symptoms, as well as feeling a bit nauseous.

I have slow colonic transit which is under control some days and not others. At the moment things have slowed down, which leads to nausea and reflux.

For breakfast I had a boiled egg and a coffee. Then for morning tea I had another coffee, and a small banana (I don't usually eat them but was in a hurry this morning before work). I had cheese with me but couldn't face it with the symptoms I had. Then I had another coffee an hour ago (regretting these now as they won't have helped).

Now it's lunchtime and I'm back at home, and I'm just not interested in anything I have in my fridge or pantry. Usually I have coleslaw with grated cheese, or some slices of cheese and salami, or some yoghurt or clotted cream with berries.

Any advice would be most appreciated, thanks in advice.

Something here maybe?
Ooohhhh, thank you, those recipes look yummy!

I am feeling a bit better now. I ate some yoghurt and berries and took an anti-nausea pill. Also remembered I didn't get enough sleep last night, so that probably contributed to my symptoms. My stomach can be such a delicate flower sometimes, lol.

Off to look at recipes :)

One of the things I revert to when I'm not feeling l don't feel like eating is Complete Protein shakes blended with Almond milk and Peanut Butter.
