What should I keep track of?

Great attitude. You will be on top of this in no time

Yes it's a pain to do all this but it your new life now. After you find the ins and outs it gets much easier. Many of us eat the same basic meals everyday. We just change up proteins fats and veggies but keep the same macros and meal size constant. Then we know basically where our bs will go and what dose we need. Eating out is much harder.
