What The Health - Netflix documentary

There are threads on the forum about this. I am afraid I got to about twenty minutes then switched off

I bet if they followed patients switching to an all meat diet they'd see even better improvements.

I haven't eaten a fruit or veg in over 2 years and there's no indication my type 2 is coming back. Quite the opposite.
