I just realised how coke, even diet, triggers my carb addition and makes me so hungry. I am determined not to drink diet coke again with food or without. But what can I drink when I go in a pub or somewhere? I am not very fond of alcoholics and most of them are full of carbs. At the same time, I cannot order 'water'. Any idea?

Lemon, lime and bitters is also a popular drink, which will not make you hungry.

Me and my lovely wife (non DB) eat lunch out every day at one of a dozen or so different restaurants in our area. We have LCHF meals eg: chicken/bacon salad, gammon with eggs, baked salmon, no-bun burgers .. all with salad (no dressing) instead of chips. Every day we have soda water with nothing added .. no carbs, goes well with our meals and costs nothing. We also buy a couple of 12 x 500ml packs (cost approx £2.50) each week and drink this at home for hydration and with our light meal or snacks in the evening. As an aside, I also take a spoon of apple cider vinegar in 500ml of soda water every day
All in all , the perfect drink ..

Coffee, tea are fine for me usually. Tea is more for evenings. I don't party much or so but it would be weird to have tea in a club though hahaha.
Also I don't mind the occasional diet coke or so, but that seems to be out of the question for you.

We have tea and coffee available for members free of charge at the club, non members are expected to put a $2.00 coin in the money box.

I always have a pint of lime and soda when I go to a pub or restaurant. I like a long, cold drink and this hits the spot for me.

I had today sparkling water and I can say it triggered my carb addiction as hell!
