What to eat for breakfast

What is best to eat to keep me going? I've got a induction day tomorrow so can't eat exactly when I should also on Tuesday got a protection and break away course involving physical work what would be best to eat so my blood doesn't get to low

Hi, your avatar says that you are t2, are you on gliclazide or similar? I`m only asking to establish if you are at risk of hypo. Eggs are pretty good for breakfast, you could accompany them with coffee and cream to help with the fat intake to keep you fuller for longer. Could you perhaps take some nuts to work with you? on an induction you will certainly get a tea break so eat something then. Chris.
 
Hiya thank you. I'm on metformin twice a day and dapagliflozin in the morning. I'm worried I might make a fool of myself, this is my first day in a new job as was made redundant new years eve

Ok, I don`t have personal experience of that med but from what I read hypos should not be a problem when only used in conjunction with metformin but as I said , you can always take some nuts (assuming your`e not allergic) and eat them in your tea break to be on the safe side.
