Sorry to hear the diagnosis it must be such a shock. The C Peptide test is a standard test to see if you are Type 1 or 2. Get back to any of us with any questions you want to ask and take care of yourself.

Bad luck Helen, but I think you know from my posts I suspected the outcome. At least now, or when it's officially confirmed, ( and I'm positive it will be) you'll know and be able to get on with dealing with it. Welcome to our club!

I was seen by a doctor on Friday night, and he tested my urine. I was on 3 pluses, so he did a finger prick test. That measured my BG at 11. Don`t let it drop. You should be checked out to be on the safe side.
