Soaps, Reality TV, use of 'of' as a verb.
Hi, I'm newly diagnosed T1 having been admitted to hospital with ulcerative colitis to be told I was also diabetic. OK enough waffle. In hospital they always gave us toast last thing at night to ensure our levels didn't drop too much by morning. What else would anyone as a supper? A couple of times I've woken up with a hypo.

If the toast worked well in hospital then stick with it, alternatively you could have some oatcakes or a piece of fruit, depends on what quantity of carbs they have told you to have for your supper.

Just one more thing, notice your on basal/bolus, once you get established to injecting insulin you can cut your supper out if you don't want to eat late in the evening, going hypo during the night means your basal insulin is too high, your DSN will advise you on reducing your dose if you mention it to them.
