Hi, hoping experienced followers of LC diet can help me with this one. I've got a lentil and walnut loaf I really enjoy, but one of the ingredients is breadcrumbs. What would be a good substitute for breadcrumbs in that sort of recipe?
I'm not aiming for very low carb, just for a significant drop from my current carb intake, and I don't think the breadcrumbs really add to the flavour any - think they are they for binding purposes, or to make it a bit bigger. All suggestions welcome
