Hi PercyHolmes and welcome to the forum. One of the things we can't do here is diagnose or tell you that a particular course of action is "safe" or not. We can and will give our personal experiences and provide referenced information.
However I think it would not be right for anyone here to try to advise you on the basis of the limited information you've given - nobody knows what a "supplement course" entails and equally a "brain condition" could be many things.
