I have a condition in which I have to avoid certain food groups.
Because of this, I have no idea why, I'm not lacking in all the vitamins the experts deem necessary. Maybe, my body has adjusted to do without these so called essential complex carbs that give you the necessary nutritional needs such as high fibre, calcium from dairy, and iron from some vegetables that I avoid.
My health is great, despite the lack of these nutrients.
If you don't need them, why take them?
Your doctor will soon tell you if you have deficiencies after your annual diabetic review blood panel.
Best wishes.
