What was the first good thing you noticed afterfasting for a little while?

I have been fasting close to 5months, so still a novice.
The first good thing i noticed during the 1st month of fasting: I was no longer getting acid reflux while i sleep, which translated into uninterrupted sleep!

This spurred me on to continue my fasting journey.

What was the first thing you noticed? How long into your fasting journey did that first good sign occur?

Hi,

I may have misread your post. Sorry if my question sounds silly..

How long is your actual fast before breaking the fast?
How do you structure the time before the next refuel?

For instance I sing in 2 bands & can’t fully function on a full stomach. So. My last meal would be at midday in prep for a gig.
Then I would eat around 14 hours later after the show?
Though sometimes I do need to take on as a T1 5g of liquid carbs if my basal is off & it drops my BG..
