That's with increasing my overnight dose of insulin to 65 units (up now by 5 in the last couple of weeks) and it still jumped up to 13.2 on one cup of tea by 1045. Gave up the fight and had a couple of RyVita with Marmite at that point - after 35 units of Humilin S - also a higher dose than usual.
