7.5 at 2300 yesterday (20/9).
6.7 at 0725 today.

Yes and even worse I took my blood sugar before going to Drs at 9 am did not eat or drink or take meds 7.3 then went in a couple of shops on way home; so did not take sugars again until 11am before taking meds and eating/drinking 13.8. So why apart from stress or bad sleep would this happen had my evening meal previous night about 6.30pm low carb.

@Uniongirl It could be Dawn Phenomenon where the liver dumps stored glucose into bloodstream on waking to get you going for the day. The bg may continue to rise until you have something to eat.
