Rather humbling, seeing creatures I would have considered more likely to gouge each other, showing what I would say is 'respect' for other species ...mmhhI am late today...

Already had hour long Skype call to Australia and I am more than ready for a nap....
On the nighttime trail camera, this fox who I call Foxy Loxy, is constantly looking around.
The back of the cat on the swing is Jade, and like cat, Midnight, Jade doesn't seem bothered about the fox roaming around in front of the swing. And Jade has never bopped that fox on the nose...yet...
Creative is Autumn again.
It is dull and grey and wet and raining here.
My creative is the sun I would like to see...
Sigh...

Very thought provoking.Good morning everyone from The East on the second Sunday in Advent. A day of memories: old and, hopefully. newly minted ones later. Frosty enough for pond skating in Hunts in 1932 but none here today. Later we will be having a four generation meal, remembering and giving thanks for my dad who was born on this date. He would certainly be watching the football this evening, probably with our middle son whose birthday is the 8th. Having 92 yo MIL will be both wonderful and poignant for me. Grief is the price we pay for love. Dad would have been delighted to see my grandson work his way through a proper Sunday lunch at 15 months - he will be a strapping fella, Creaking joints? My right knee is so locked I can't put my sock on - gout. Usually only flares up after dehydrating illness so go figure - post covid? @dunelm wonderful art and thanks for the sour cherry hint. I did buy some but in severe flare ups fluid, tablets and time are all that works. Wonderful Advent calendar you have. A stairlift is certainly a gift from God - He moves in mysterious ways his wonders to perform. Today’s Advent poem https://malcolmguite.wordpress.com/2021/12/04/ Have a great day everyone. I'm going to remember the immensity cloister'd in the phrase Bowlin' Warney. Thanks for the tips on field settings which helped the school team I captained aged 12 go unbeaten, driving me to so many places to play but never complaining or criticising aka offering advice, helping me choose then paying for all those bats, pieces of kit, all the building work and so much more. RIP dad. I was truly blessed.

Thanks for that - the descriptions are always the best which is why I loved comprehension at school and got great marks! Hubby also has cut down on salt and that has helped a great deal, if he doesn't have his shot of cranberry his wrists are terrible. Clicking them helps but half the time he cant click them and so the never ending cycle of discomfort continues until hes is able to click. Between us we sound like a Spanish duo of flamenco dancers!Hug for the hassle

( Had suffered tendonitis (left wrist) wore wrist brace/cast when warnings came , reduced symptom times.

Normally white spots on tv screen indicate the leds going/gone and some will appear brighter than others. To fix the tv has to be stripped down and leds replaced. If you know what you are doing then it can be done. My hubby has fixed numerous televisions but it is by no means easy and very intricate particularly difficult with sausage fingers! The old valve ones were the best lol my dad always had that tv open at the back repairing it, we always had a box of valves on standbyAfternoon all.
Pleasant day yesterday.

Dogs mummy (adopted niece) came too .
Ladies enjoyed the stalls on display.
Doggie toys & treats bought for his chrimbo pressies ..

RIP to your dad and enjoy the memories. I have the body of a 20 year old. I keep it in the freezer.But does that apply to creaking joints if so I will be like a 20 year old forever
