6.5 today! Really high for me. Result of an Ice cream yesterday even though 90% choccy. Also had pasta carbonara (small). Kind of a test tbh. After 2 hours 6.0 and I expected at least 9.0! Still not up at 3 hours. But high today so there ya go. Had a very lc day today so let's see what tomorrow brings. Very active on social media today. Eric is a saint, on holiday too!!! Love him. Here is one of my posts and some pics: Civitavechia, I've only just mastered how to say it and we leave early tomorrow! What was I expecting? Not what I got that's for sure. I thought it would be a small port town with little to see and do. Couldn't be further from the truth. Pretty quiet during the day but it comes alive at night with markets along the quay side, so many restaurants and bars I lost count, youngsters hanging around chatting on street corners, young love all around. They just sit in bars having coffees or bottled beers chatting and laughing. No drunks, no trouble. Everyone greets each other with kisses on each cheek. The girls call each other 'bella' Ciao bella (hello beautiful) is the usual greeting and they mean it. The warmth is everywhere especially the weather! It's still warm and it's almost midnight. A different way of life in Italy that's for sure and we LOVE it. Everyone is so chilled. They look so relaxed and life goes at a much slower pace. We have only been away 2 days but feel like it's been much longer. Happy days. Here are some photos that capture this beautiful coastal town. Fishing is at the heart of it. It reminded me of Fleetwood .
