Morning all. Sunny, bright and God even gave me a squirrel playing around the children's play house on the lawn nearest our house to start my day. No idea what White Rabbits is all about but it is trending in @DJC3 land and @gennepher's bungalow so White Rabbits to all. Ian's adventures in hospital land all over for now so heartfelt thanks to all who sent me good wishes and to @PenguinMum for her thoughts today. Also thanks to the nurses, hcas and surgeons of Peterborough City hospital for fixing my plumbing and dealing with the dirty end of elderly men - God bless you all. Almost irrelevant in a way but my fbg was 5.5 which seems about par for all the shenanigans lately, Just a footnote but if you want to ensure an old guy can't pass water tell him he needs 3 good samples before being discharged from hospital. 2 of us trying that late yesterday evening - drinking water for England - to beat the 9.00 pm deadline (doors shut apparently) - I won. Final hurdle before discharge - printer in the area I was had stopped working to print my discharge letter. Tracked a working printer down, Cannula removed and we made it out of the doors at 8.58 pm.
