6.8 this morning. I will be glad when I’ve finished the antibiotics. I’m not sure if these higher numbers are due to switching to using the MiaoMiao2 or a combination of infection and antibiotics. Also could be down to the fact I’m having more real food at the moment, I was struggling with 4 shakes a day, and seem to be gravitating to eating food every other day right now. But I don’t seem to be spiking much when I’m eating food, my numbers don’t go above 7.8 nowadays. Right now there are too many variables in play. So I’m gonna knuckle down and be good on the diet for a week or so and see where I end up. Wednesday this week I will be going to Bristol, I’ve agreed to take part in some research study. I’ve booked my train and all that looking forward to a day out. Not so much sitting on a train for 2 hours each way. Hope everyone has a good Sunday. My day is brother visiting, then Formula 1, then some American football, Indy car racing, and I could continue with American football till 5 am if I wanted. But I do have to go to my volunteering tomorrow so I maybe in bed for half the last game,
