That was me a goner...I love this bread with just butter.So that was Monday.Tuesday's fbg was still in 6's but Tuesday I also had this bread and butter, and fried a slice with butter and two fried eggs...heaven!But my system cannot have bread two days running or more. My blood sugars start rising and can take a day or so to get down again.So, I will be good today. Eating nuts now with a black coffee. Chicken and mushrooms are planned for lunch. Maybe more nuts this afternoon or some pork scratchings if I am feeling like nibbling.I am still dreaming of [USER=461597]@PenguinMum[/USER] 's giant fish fingers she said she had awhile ago....but I haven't gone past that aisle yet in Iceland.Iceland are very cruel at the moment. Right by the door are massive bargain packs of crumpets...8 for 79p.
