Today I did my 1st Podcast. Loved it. Didn't get in a flap. Really nice interviewer put me right at ease. Had notes as I wanted to remember everything important (still managed to leave bits out!!!) Sharing my journey (via Zoom app) with a podcaster in Columbus, Ohio!!! We could see each other clearly and chatted away for over 1 hour. It was as if he was in the next room. Little things like that astound me. 'Where would I direct anyone looking for info on type 2 diabetes?'. One of the questions. Easy. 1) Dr David Unwin and his fantastic infographs + info (seeing over 75 type 2 patients into remission to date) https://phcuk.org/sugar/ 2) diabetes.co.uk and the amazing forum members who give so much to so many, plus the Low Carb Program details can be found there. https://www.diabetes.co.uk/ 3) Public Health Collaboration - (PHC) https://phcuk.org/ - a group of Drs, consultants, HCPs and ambassadors dedicated to helping people make informed decisions on their health and wellbeing 4) watch videos on YouTube from Dr Unwin one of his latest Dr Jason Fung, Dr David Cavan, Dr Richard Bernstein to start with. You wont go far wrong. And tonight 1st babysitting duty for our new grandson. Played with him all evening, fed and watered! He was blowing raspberries, trumping for fun, making gurming faces, some very strange noises indeed. And that was just my hubby! Granson was a dream!!
