@Muddy Cyclist you are not alone in the confusion. One thing I picked up from the CMO public statement popping up regularly on tv is if you get it dont ring 111 unless you are very unwell or it goes on beyond 7 days. Re your mountain biking are there less dangerous trails maybe, has to be your choice rerisk but I cant see outdoor exercising as long as distance is maintained can be a problem. Re your holiday we are in exactly the same position. Have booked a cottage paid deposit and balance due 6 April. The terms and conditions say we have to give 4 months notice to cancel which we didnt have. What we want is for them to cancel but doubt they will. Hotel would be different. I defo wouldnt go to any shops if you dont have to. I think that is probably the most risky of all your concerns along with socialising with friends. I have to go back to Boots to pick up a prescription and after the behaviour of the people in the queue yesterday it terrifies me. When son left shopping at my door yesterday I anti bac wiped every item before putting away. We were wondering about a drive out on a nice day, only issue would be getting broken down! Just my musings on this MC, dont mind me. Sorry to hear about care home food situation, this really should not be happening. So many affected in so many ways. Take care you and Mrs MC.
