I need a bottle of gin & tonic... These automated systems which do not allow you to actually make an enquiry directly to your surgery (I have to go directly through the NHS itself with my surgery being a Doctorless one, and there is no direct communication with my actual surgery) are murderous. I have just had to answer more than 20 pages of inane questions including what are my gambling habits and how bad are they, before it finally (eventually) led me to a box which had an inadequate amount of characters for my question about what was this appointment about on Friday. There was no provision to actually make an enquiry. Just a list of items like doctors notes etc. I am on chat with a friend who is helping me. I am sending her screenshots. None of them she says. But there was nothing else. So we settle on the bottom box. Then Popeye stood on my mobile because I had to look for my mobile number to insert it. I'm on my Android and it is now making a call to me from me, because of what Popeye touched with his paw, and my Android would not let me stop the call or even turn my Android off. Popeye's wrapping himself round my phone and I'm trying to stop him, and now I've got a transcripted voicemail to myself via email, of me fighting the cat for my phone... He really pushed his luck just now....
