Good morning everyone from a damp but hopeful start in the dark and dangerous north The wonder wheel of far too much tarte flambée came in at 5.4 this am - oink oink. Up and out early yesterday before the larks - larks? There are no larks here. Phone call to my mother in France - she has plans to be back home on Friday at some point. Parents underground garage has flooded so my sister has now to sort out recovery of their car - oh well, it will dry out - I hope. Experiment 2341 - submerge a Prius and then see if it will start once dried out. @jjraak - smashing progress - up and at em.@ @gennepher - big adventures resulting in a marvel of a spooky old oak. Lovely to see a snowdrop. @Muddy Cyclist - Well I like the Beech trees - and hope that your friend does too. Result with team talk to MIL, post knockers - yep - hard work hope horse is OK and also your shoulders and back. Prospect of turning your watercolours into hard cash - nice. Painting today - A4ish on my very absorbent yellow rice paper - tricky keeping the brushes dry but getting there. Hope everyone has a smashingly good Friday - don’t forget, you can have a treat this evening as it’s the weekend - time for koffy.
