Phew, just read pages and pages of posts. You guys move right along. Factually, Swipey reader was 5.1 and I weigh 74.38914868 kgs - very roughly:angelic:. One of those is fine by me. Ate red meat twice this week, sourced from M and S. Cheap but totally underwhelming. Thankfully, salmon and avo salad day today so bound to be a winner. Hugs for the punishing schedule @BRSBRI and tiring day @gennepher. Also for those who attended diabetic education courses. I was never offered one nor any leaflets on diet. I have not seen a doctor or DN for 15 months but always nod and totally zone out anyhow. Almost 4 decades of full staff meetings taught me that - those led by me were obviously riveting:angelic: Good news on Mrs @lindisfel and the job front @Mrs T 123.
