Melt chocolate into cream. Dip bars into ganache then return to moulds and fridge.</p><p>The caramel was done by eye/instinct. I did dehydrate raspberries and add to the bars.</p><p>Here's something we tried. I had never been able to force myself to eat creme brulee before going LC.
