Good morning everyone from a fairly clear yet breezy start here in the dark and dangerous north The wonder wheel of Heck sausages and a sort of colcannon with cauliflower and spinach came in at 5.3 this am Smashing breakfast with eldest granddaughter yesterday, the youngest one (girl in the bubble) tagged along also - at 22 months she is not to be trusted on her own - give it another 4 years though and she will be complaining that she is entirely grown up. I have been informed by Mrs Miggins that we are dining out tonight for a ‘proper’ celebratory meal. What was wrong with eggs Benedict sans muffin? Wrong bin crept out under cover of darkness - I am sure that I heard a voice saying, “wonder why the recycling bin is so empty?” just before we went to bed but thought it was just the wind. Rectified this morning. I have been advertising six toilet rolls and a doctors appointment in exchange for two gallons of diesel on a local site - so many takers! Mrs Miggins filled the car last Thursday and we probably have enough for at least another week as long as she doesn’t decide to take a road trip to a big town. Art bit today, several shades of grey and back to black. Hope you all have a pleasant Mittwoch, time now for a koffy.
