@Krystyna23040 the weather for Dereham/Swaffham/Cromer looks set fair so enjoy your walk, coffee and most importantly sausage roll. Best and worst day of the week here. Family meal with 4 generations, Sunday roast (pork, I'm ok with shoulder and belly) is good for all except my 5 month old grandson and me in many ways. An LC Sunday roast is like a tribute band I know can never pull off Dancing Queen. The added downer is that bg will not please me at +2 hrs (never outside "the guidelines) or I use wine to "cheat." Monday's fbg and Tuesday morning's weight are also usually "sacrificed" IMHO. Have some 10 CC. Do indulge in as much meedja as humanly possible - science has "proved" it is the elixir of life
