Fbs this morning was 10.2 We have been invited to an "afternoon tea" get together at 2pm. I usually eat a light lunch at 12.30 ---1pm so  do I eat lunch at my normal time and only drink black tea at the event or wait and eat the food there as my late lunch?? I think I will be cheeky and ring to ask what food will be provided so I can make the right decision. They know about my diabetes so I am sure they won't mind.PS I made the phone call and all is well as another guest is diabetic too so there will be fish and meat platters with no bread and salad provided so I will eat there as my late lunch. Looking forward to a  catch -up with a few friends.
