7.2 today. I have been very low carb/keto for quite some time now and my numbers just don’t want to come down. Both weight and bg’s. Eventually something has to move.

I’ve been awol for a few weeks but I’m 6.2 this morning and I’ve changed insulin so novarapid it is. Anyone got any advice of good Apps for calculating carb content ?

Carbs and Cal's , around £ 4 I think, really good.

8.5 today I'm in 8s of recent was 8.1 on Sunday. Maybe because some of my drugs were reduced but my appointment is next week. Need for my Doctor to review the changes again
