What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Got my diabetes review at end of Sept so will see how the numbers go. I am putting it down to all the other medication I have to take plus a wee bit of stress at the moment, just hard learning to live with it.. Still breathing so not really complaining. LOL Hope you ok.

First thing this morning was 6.0 my lowest yet! Only been keeping an eye on carbs for about a week and a half, but below 50g a day for last 5 days even managed a couple of days below 20g.Progress.
 
4.8 this morning. Average of 4.6 since I started testing just under 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately I'd been on LCHF for several days before my meter arrived so I don't really know what my "bad" FBG was.

Highest FBG so far 5.2 and lowest of 4.1
 
Morning, on this dull and damp day !!
6.8 this morning, but went to bed on a 5. 0.
 
Morning all 5 days of low 6s and no head aches then this A M 4.7 and a right stinking head ache !!!!!!!
