What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I was quite worried after my recent op it’s taken me 3 weeks to drink tea again. I’m down from roughly 20 mugs a day to about 2 though Yorkshire of course !
You’re focused on quality not quantity- nothing wrong with that. Obviously Yorkshire tea is best when made with Yorkshire water. It’s never the same on holiday.

I actually drink rather a lot of tea - probably average at least 9 pints a day. I was just seeing who - from the what have you eaten thread - would bite. Glad you are recovering slowly. I hope you aren't one of those who work hard at playing a professional Yorkshire cliche as I quite like your posts

Cream first then jam. Many will be shaken to the core by such controversial architecture but personally sir, I like your style.

But I think @JohnEGreen said this was from Devon? In which case it’s proper for them.
Having so many family members in Cornwall I feel I have to support the opposite style and feel suitably shaken and affronted

Either way it looks fab

@DJC3 If you will go live in exotic climes and use that there IP You will be fine and soon back in the 5 enclosure - anyhow I thought you were of the just a number school of thought?

I thought I was of that school of thought too - seems Ive left school as well as the 5s club!
I’m trying to be sanguine about it - I know its the drop in exercise levels so I just need to get my static bike down here and find a yoga class then all will be well.
