What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

They have plans to. Not sure how long it will take though. I know for sure our recipe and inspirational stories booklets and blood sugar leaflet are going to be linked to their DCUK social media sites
And I am sure you will all post when you catch your breath about things that caught your fancy!

Night all was up early today in a rush because my mum was doing the Race for Life/muddy maniacs my mum my aunt and their friend came almost last but at the end of the day it was about having fun and beating cancer they all even go t-shirts saying Real women wear mud. This morning BG was 4.9 tonight’s BG is 7.7 I’m exhausted so gonna get right to sleep

Night @Ziggy2017 Hope you sleep well

Not been a good day for us we lost our dog today she didn't seem to well this morning and had been out of sorts for a few days so took her to the vets thinking it was just an upset tummy or dogie version of flue but was liver cancer and had to be put down have been crying all day we had her since she was a puppy.

So sorry to read this @JohnEGreen sending big hugs.

Good morning all. 4.3 today so Birmingham is obviously good for me.

Will seem very quiet today without all my forum friends, but looking forward to some walks and exploring. Was a great event organised by @Debandez and lovely to meet so many folks from here.

What a beautiful photograph John it brought me to tears...I am so very sorry to hear about your loss...it's absolutely heart breaking when we have to make that dreadful decision...so hard...we know we have to do what's best for them...having done so many times I've found it never gets any easier...you did the right thing & loved her right to the end....take care.

The beautiful part of autumn showed up this morning. Gorgeous red sun over misty fields and all the signs that it will burn off into another warm, dry September day. The winy smell of fallen and decaying apples and plums from the remaining orchards evoked my childhood. Spurs on TV later and NFL back this evening plus Mts Ps bargain £5 beef joint later.
That's the lipstick on this pig. fbg 5.8 and bug still hanging around which may explain that but won't erase the fact. Washing machine broke Friday but new one on the way and hopefully those nice boys on the stock exchange will do their (dodgy) stuff again this year before I need to pay for it. Just need Trump to shut his mouth - hmm see the flaw there
@JohnEGreen huge sympathy a raw day for you and yours. Ain't nothing for it but tears.
