What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.2 fasting this morning! Seem to be that level fairly regularly now. I have lost 1 stone 9.5 pounds so far, at least another stone + till I'm at a happy level for me. But getting there, although! My wrinkles are starting to show! One of the downsides I guess
 
I've lost over two stone and was told that my morning levels would balance out but they are up and down. One morning I'm 5.2 the next I'll be 6.4.

I was just browsing the forum when I came accross this thread and as I place a bit of importance on my first BGL's Morning Reading, I thought it would be good to catch up. I was diagnosed sometime ago but at first my original numbers were very ratical and all over the place. So I spent a few months just gathering information from this forum and finally when my numbers were in the high Teens and 20's on a daily basis, I chose to try a LCHF Diet and even though it took a few months to get the food combination correct, I finally did now I find with the help of this LCHF Diet I get good readings usually in the 5's with the odd 7's, but my lowest reading has been 4.7's but I preffer them to be in the 5's and 6's.

My reading this morning was 5.7 which is a regular reading.
