What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning,
5.8 today, ate dinner later than usual, today's my 63rd birthday.

Happy birthday, if and only if I get chance to practice my plinky plonky on the keyboard I shall play " happy birthday to you " for you, If not then tomorrow.
Have a good one.

Yup and my daughter too I like the app and the meter, the strips however are not cheap at £20+ for 50
Ah! @JohnEGreen, @HarrisonK - it’s always the blooming strips. Mind you, these Libra stick on jabby things are not cheap. I may well just use them up and return to my trust GlucoRX jibber jabber. Mind you, I do like to be a diabetic fashionista.

GlucoRX was the first meter I bought on my way out of the doctors surgery the day I was officially diagnosed the doctors has a pharmacy next door still have it somewhere.

Happy birthday played.
With a difference, instead of playing Bflat I played an Asharp. Sounded just the same to me, but then I had earplugs in hehehehe.

@dunelm I also got a Contour Next One meter through the post, totally forgot about the quiz/competition thing I’d filled in so was quite perplexed when it arrived.
Like others have said, it’s good but at £20 for 50 strips it’s too expensive to use full time.
