What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning to all, 7.0 I think I need that to be lower, though not sure why I have done it as I don't have my bloods taken until tomorrow an then a wait for the results lol
 
7.4 at 09.00 (which is late but I find it so hard to wake up in the mornings on these tablets)
8.5 at 09.40 (this is unusual for me to jump higher before breakfast - I think its a bit of stress about work - very bust day ahead)
 
Hi all, 6.1 this morning at 7.30am before breakfast happy with this.
PS: Changed Metformin tablets 500mg to the SR ones on Friday night and someone said to keep an eye on the BG readings as they may go up to 2 higher, not had a problem with that yet !!!
 
So 7.0 this morning. That's after been up for around 30 mins, should I test FBG before getting out of bed? Trying out porridge with chai seeds and raspberries for breakie, I'm #LCHF but no spike at all yesterday so trying again to be sure. Will test again at 9am.
