thanks phil been quite active last couple of days more than normal basal may also need lowering again i only lower it half a unit as a time as im so sensitive to the insulin and 1 full unit could see me going into high double figures its a pain .

was 4.5 this morning

flippin' windy and cold here again today, rain currently and sleet last evening bit of a shock to the system considering what the last bank holiday weekend was like.

Been out shopping wrapped up like the Michelin man
it may be a good excuse for getting the logburner going this evening.
