Hi All
Mine was 4.4 this morning ( 14hours) since I last ate. At times it does go down to 3.4 but don't experience any hypos since I went on the 8 week blood sugar diet. My last week on this diet and then will follow the 5:2 diet to keep my HbA1c down. Due for this test in 4 weeks time.
