What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.9 yesterday 5.9 this morning. Bloods been lifted for the past few days - could be too many nuts too late at night. Brazils now hidden in cupboard.

Hope everyone came through the storms ok.

Pipp I’ve been advised to treat every incident of below 3.9 as important, gastro consult tomorrow pm. Half my body weight down on 8 months ago, fighting for info & so jaded I simply nod acceptance and take notes.

I didn’t manage to get to sleep until after 3am. Then woke after a very refreshing sleep at 10:30, when my meter suggested my liver was confused with a reading of 7.2.

4.8 this morning after a night of sickness and diarrhoea I have an appointment with neurologist this morning not sure if I should go.
