Good morning
I've stopped testing so often now but on Wednesday my fbg was 5.1 and today its 5.4
I've even started seeing 4s before meals.

5.4 for me today. Caveat around accuracy then the issues of is that low enough, how could I have done better and would taking those actions have adversely impacted on the bigger picture. ? Great stuff @Starfish18

Brilliant fbg @OldButBold and great that you are posting amidst all this. My fbg was a wholly sub-optimal 5.6 today. Yah, boo sucks innit bruv and even being led by the science no one knows if that is accurate or even if what I am doing is effective. Now, where have i heard that before?
