What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

and as an aside not really pertenant but my Blood pressure was 70/50 boy did I feel ill.

Am Thrilled. See the speciaist this week so hope I can start dropping my basal insulin
 
Whoops 7.4 but family celebrations yesterday meant I overlooked having my insulin and my evening gliclazide - and drank quite a few glasses of prosecco, but back on the straight and narrow again.

4.4 this morning , had a hypo a 01:30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. It's going to be a long long long day :-(
 
3.6 mmol, bit on the low side. A 14 km cycle to work brought me up to 4.5 mmol.
