What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.2 this morning. Watching England contributed to this :-(
 
Hi philchap thanks for your reply. My fasting bs is very up and down, like me. It is between 8 and 12. Some times I have had bs of 12 and at 4am woke up with hypo. I have tried altering evening meal insulin and lantus, can't get it right.
 
6.2 this morning just shows you that you can reduce your Hb1Ac but you still have to maintain control which I did not do yesterday quite so well.
 
Mine was 7.9 - I am aiming to lower my BS levels through low carbing
